Projects will only import to QuickBooks Time Elite. If you're using QuickBooks Time Premium, projects will show as customers or sub-customers and must be added to projects manually.
Choose an existing customer or sub-customer for QuickBooks integrated accounts to use as a project. To add a new project that is not listed, add that project (as a customer) in QuickBooks Online (QBO) first, then import.
