Let’s sort this out, @premiersleepassociates.
QuickBooks Online is dependent on the information your financial institution shares. You can visit the SinglePoint website to check for any updates. It helps us verify if this situation is part of the change you mentioned last November 15.
If there’s no notification concerning this, I suggest contacting your bank for assistance. They can provide enough information on why transaction details aren’t included when connecting your account and guide you through for possible fixes.
Also, ensure the Show bank details option on your Banking page is checked. This way, you can easily track individual events and their amounts. Refer to the instructions below to review your setup:
- Open your QuickBooks account.
- Click Banking and the Banking tab.
- Select the Small gear icon.
- Under the Transactions details, ensure the Show bank details box is checked.

Once everything is good, you can start matching and categorizing your entries. You can create bank rules to get an even further level of control. It helps save you time in managing your events more quickly.
If you have any other questions or concerns with bank feeds, alert me right away. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Keep safe!

Madelyn C, thank you for this potential solution, but sadly nothing changed when I found the 'bank details' box and clicked it. QBO updates the bank info without an error notice, with the correct balance reported, but the individual deposits and credits no longer appear. All I see on two of my accounts is the green check. I contacted SinglePoint but nothing changed on their end, so they don't have any help. All the changes came from QBO so that is where there is some process still not fully corrected.

Good afternoon, @premiersleepassociates.
Thanks for reaching back out and adding some more information about your bank downloads.
Since the issue is persisting, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team to take a closer look at your account to see why this is happening. Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Select the Contact Us button.
- Give brief description of the problem and tap Let's talk.
- Scroll down and pick to Get a callback.
It's that easy!
Feel free to come back and let us know how the phone call goes. I'm only a post away if you need me again. Best wishes!
