I came to this feed because I'm having the same exact issue. I just tried removing the bank account as a sub account and placed it just under the general bank category. From there I was able to link the account (because it didn't auto populate the : due to it being a sub account). Once it was linked, I re-placed the the bank account under the correct account as a subaccount. That seemed to work! The account is still linked and is now placed as a subaccount once again!
