Hi! I was on chat with sales, then was referred to a with a QBSE "Specialist" who frustratingly was sending me a bunch of links to the UK and Canada "refer a friend" program when I was inquiring about US-based QBSE products for referral. I asked her about this specific question here and the reply from JamaicaA, to which she condescendingly shrugged it as off as "the links here are for UK products so you can reach out to them to learn more." Why would I reach out to UK's QB Team when I want to refer for US Products?? Peep at the screenshot of my frustrating conversation here lol. I'm the blue.

Ultimately through the whole process, I was told:

"Here's for the update, I regret to inform you that QBSE has stopped the "refer a friend" feature starting July 31, 2022, and this feature will not be seen in QBSE web and mobile. This is because our marketing team has decided that the feature is not being used enough to justify spending additional engineering resources in maintain it going forward, however the Refer a friend feature may be available on other Intuit products but not on QBSE version."

It sucks for us as US subscribers that we no longer receive incentive for wanting to refer friends to using QBSE. the QBSE Specialist that I was talking to-- Stephannie, essentially told me that the information provided by JamaicaA is inaccurate even thought it was commented as recently as Feb 2023, as it implies US subscribers can participate in the program. QB won't do anything about the misleading info to provide accuracy and clarification for subscribers. I requested QB follow up and comment again and for them to share with the community publicly that the program is no longer active so we wouldn't have to play "pass the baton" to finally get accurate information.

I hope this helps! US-based Quickbooks products do NOT have a referral program with incentives to subscribers.
