EFILE Issues

It was not electronically signed, and No is check marked.  I was able to login with my EFILE ID and confirmed my annual renewal was completed.

 

I've tried with several clients, over several sessions and I am still receiving the error.  I've ensured I've installed all updates.  I called CRA and my renewal was not granted so I've been assigned an agent.  Will update once I have received a call back.
