Hello JMAmas,

 

Thank you for confirming that - If when clicking on the Employee's on the left Menu, you see Payroll & Employee at the top screen also, then it will be standard.

 

The only way to change the paydates and the pay schedule on the existing schedule will be to roll-back the payroll, make the change to the pay schedule and paydates, and then roll it forwards accordingly setting the paydate.

 

If your client has erratic paydates that are not on a regular schedule (certain day of the month) for example, you may be better to migrate over onto our Advanced Payroll for that client.

 

The client will have been made aware when setting the paydates up on the paydate page that these cannot be changed (if they set this up before multiple pay schedules became available). The other option, could be to set up a new pay schedule, but that may involve recreating the employees and re-entering year to date figures and old employee IDs.
