Unfortunately; no - It's not able to be overruled by ourselves. Have they been running on this pay schedule since just this tax year on QB, or previous tax years too?
Our standard function payroll doesn't allow for a great deal of customisation of the payroll, including pay-dates - our advanced has been specially created on the back of feedback and this functionality has been included in this.
Normally, i wouldn't recommend a payroll switch unless i felt it absolutely necessary; but as you are an accountant, I wonder if the advanced might be better in this scenario. Our Advanced payroll is designed and built in with loads of value added tools, reports and functions which would benefit your client; and you could utilize these to good effect to provide your client with a better payroll experience than they'll currently be getting on the standard.
