We won't be able move your QuickBooks Online data to QuickBooks Desktop automatically. You'll need to export the lists manually:
- Click the Gear icon and select Export Data.
- Under the Reports and Lists tabs, click the Export to Excel button.
Then, import them to QuickBooks Desktop. You can use this article to import the lists: Import or Export MS Excel Files.
Meanwhile, you also need to enter the transactions manually. You can consult your accountant to see if they have a way to enter the transactions in bulk.
