Quickbooks is taking pension contributions from non-eligible employees but not adding these deductions to the report for payment, has anyone else experienced this?

Hi gizelle,

 

For this scenario, I would encourage your to contact our phone support to check your payroll setup.

  1. Click on Help in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Click on Contact us.
  3. Enter a short details of this scenario or you can just copy and paste your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Click on Get the number.

If you're using Paysuite, you can contact their payroll support.
