Thank you, @Rubielyn_J. I appreciate your prompt response. I tried changing my Texas unemployment insurance rate myself but it is not accepting the rate I have been given by the Texas state. I then tried to follow your instructions and send the tax notice but when I click on Tax Notice, I get no option to upload and send the tax notice. I just get some generic help guidance on the right. Can I send a tax notice now or only during the hours you are open? Thanks.
