Does anyone have any advice on dealing with a payroll correction? The payroll correction team seems unreachable by the customer for updates or any information.

Hi, @katpickrell. I understand how that could be frustrating not to receive any updates about your payroll correction. Know that this isn't the kind of service we want you to have.
If the Payroll Corrections Team wasn't able to get back to you within the period they set, I'd suggest reaching out to them again to follow up. Their live support team is only available M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT for QuickBooks Online Payroll Core and Premium. Any time and any day for Payroll Elite.
Here's an article for the details: Payroll Support.
Moreover, make sure that QuickBooks email is added to your email's trusted list to receive updates.

You can always post any of your QuickBooks-related concerns here. I'd be glad to help. Take care!

@katpickrell Any luck? I have been getting no where since last summer when I alerted them of issues due to migrating from Desktop to Online and missing the first 6 month of pay history as a result. Incorrect W2s went out and it's March, still no update! I feel your frustration. We can't correct them ourselves and are expected to sit around and wait, rack up IRS penalties and frustrate employees in the meantime??
