If reaching out 3 times does not put me on the impacted list I do not know what will. I have even asked for it to be escalated but apparently that has not happened. I have reported it as a bug twice giving me contact details. ANd NO I do not have another 2 hours to talk to someone who is reading from a piece of paper and not understanding the real issue here.
I have been using Quickbooks and their payroll for over 20 years so YES I know how to run reports and hand write forms, but after paying $1,999 for the PAP bundle I don't think this is really a solution you should be promoting.
So. please stop with the boiler plate answers and have someone work on the real issue here - the formatting of the SSN field in Form RT^ (FL payroll form) that changed with the update. YES I now the form was updated by the State to include some things BUT THE SSN FIELD was not one of the fields that needed to be updated or changed.
On a side note I find it really interesting that I have not received one survey on "How did we do" since I started contacting Quickbooks.
