With the details you gave, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team so they can review your account to see if this will be possible. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Press the QuickBooks Desktop Help option. 
  3. Tap Contact Us
  4. Enter your question and hit Let's talk
  5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback
