Let me help you look for the email so you can access your pay stub.
First, check your email spam/junk folder. It might be that it's there if the system doesn't recognize the email of the sender. However, if it's not there, we can resend the invite to them to register their email. Here's how:
- Go to Payroll, then Employees.
- Select your employee.
- Next to QuickBooks Workforce, select Send reminder.
- Check the email address, then select Send reminder. The employee will receive a new invitation.
After that, if the same issue persists, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Online Live Support. They can pull up your account in a safe environment and look into the root cause of the issue.
