Employees and payroll
I will be canceling my payroll service tonight. They've really dropped the ball with this. I spent 3 hours in chat fixing my WA PFML rate and then again to try and update the workers comp rate. It wasn't until after that I realized I had entered a percentage and not dollar amount. There is NO WAY that I am wasting any more time with this company. This isn't the first time I've wasted hours with customer service over issues with changing my rates. As someone else mentioned, I also had to submit my documents as evidence of the new rates. I also had to provide evidence that I am exempt from paying my portion of the WA PFML (less than 50 employees). I will not waste another minute on this company, except to cancel my service. Everyone else in WA ought to do the same. Such a large company, it is unacceptable that they don't have their sh*t together and give such a runaround for paying customers.
