@bugoutgirl  your experience was exactly the same as mine - hours on the phone/chat to first fix the PFML, and then the battle with this stupid Workers Comp rate.    But I don't have time to switch to a new service right now - people need to be paid.  I think QB banks on this, that customers won't make the effort to switch.  Mid-year switch can be a nightmare -  we have 401K, deductions for benefits, PTO, Sick, UTO  yada yada.  Such an enormous hassle and time-waster.      But I am definitely gonna start shopping around.  This is utter nonsense and incompetence.   🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
