@bugoutgirl thank you for the feedback! I have 60 employees, so the thought of switching now is so nightmarish. I am working on payroll now, and will just use the 2023 L&I rates - they only changed slightly, so I'll have to settle up when I file 4th Qtr. I am SO over this - like you, over the years I've spent hours on chat/phone for payroll issues. And 99% of the time I have to explain basic payroll and accounting principles to the 'experts' - I might as well do their jobs for them. UGHHHH. Thanks for the encouragement!
