I'd like to share some information about printing and sending your W-2 forms to your employees.
The options available to you for printing and sending W-2 forms depend on your payroll subscription. If you are using QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Assisted, QuickBooks can send the forms to your employees with fees. However, if you are using QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced, you can print the forms and send them manually.
