Employees and payroll

Yes, you can run the  Payroll Summary report for a single employee and each pay period (from the 1st - 15th of each month - from the 15th to the end of each month). To do so, I recommend following the detailed steps below.

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu and choose Employees & payroll.
  2. Select Payroll summary.

  3. Hit the Customize report option.

  4. From Display, set the Dates to Custom. Then, add the correct period.

  5. After that, go to the Filters tab.
  6. On the Search Filters, type in Name.

  7. In the All names drop-down field, type the specific employee name. You can also click the arrow to locate it.

  8. Modify the other filters, then hit OK.
