To obtain your missing pay stubs, you can contact your employer and request that they send the pay stubs in PDF format. If you use QuickBooks Workforce, you may also access it to check for missing paystubs and upload them to keep a copy. Let me show you how:
- In your Workforce, click Paychecks.
- Choose the date that you want to see the missing pay stubs.
- After that, do one of the following:
- Choose Download on the pay stub to download.
- Select a pay stub to open and view, then download or print it once needed.
- To download all of your pay stubs at once, hit Download All.
