Employees and payroll
What you are saying does not work for us 2.15 sick for an 80 hour pay period which works out to .0269 an hour, when entered in quickbook goes in at .02694 which accrues at 2.16 per pay period, when I adjust the hourly rate to .02688 it goes back to .02694, when I try to go lower it adjust it lower it then is only accruing at 2.13. We are set on decimal not hours & minutes but it shouldn't matter whatever number I put into the every hour on paycheck, should be the number it stays at. But Qb's changes it, if it were just a matter of rounding I could drop it to get to accrue lower but it wont' allow that, any number down to .02684 reverts back to .02694 once you hit .02683 it drops to .02667, so QB's of forcing us to either accrue too much leave time or too little. While it may not seem like a lot, just on sick time alone .01 translate to an extra $1300 avg of sick time per 100 employees
