Yes. My QBO database got corrupted and as a result no banks will re-establish connections on my account. Intuit is telling me it's going to cost $500+ for them to fix it. I don't know which universe Intuit's product team lives in, but in the one the rest of us do, when you run SaaS, and something breaks on the server end, you are expected to fix it for the customer at no additional expense.

 

I suppose placing customers on an infinite telephone hold until they give up is one way to ensure maximized profits.
