You are not wrong. The program stinks. Gov contracts of otherwise still have to provide the same info to insurances..would be nice if they EVER pull thier heads out of thier rumps. Doubtful since the thread started in 2019 and I am here in 2024. Cant call them for about 3 hours because thier lil noggins still on the pillow.
