I also use quickbooks enterprise in the Right Networks desktop. I cannot get mine to calculate or autopopulate the qualified overtime amounts. Can you tell me what you had to do in single user mode to get this to work?
I would greatly appreciate your advise, because I also have gotten nowhere with quickbooks support.
