In Texas you can set up auto deductions through an internet disbursement website called SmartPay. It's been easy so far because the amounts deducted haven't changed. Once it auto deducts I "pay" it in QuickBooks, changing the check number to DEBIT. For those of you outside of Texas check with your state comptroller to see if they have a similar option.
