We can only edit the payroll data on a paycheck. We're unable to remove the pay period start date. However, I can share a workaround to help you remove it. 

You can save a paycheck and manually remove the pay period start date using an editing program.

To save a paycheck, simply open it then click the Print button. On the overview screen, click the Download icon. 

Alternatively, you can look for a third-party app that lets you customize a paycheck and remove the pay period date. Go to the Apps menu, then search for one. 

Our developers are working on introducing new features in QuickBooks. They might add a feature where you can customize your paychecks and hide some of its data.
