Employees and payroll
Thank you. We followed the instructions you referenced. When we did step 10:
- Select Save & Close then Continue > Create Paychecks to record the check.
The system asked whether to send the information to Intuit. We selected No since this was already sent out before we restored the backup. The software now shows a red bubble that warns that the payroll was created but not sent. Do we just ignore that, or is there another step we need to do? Thanks.
