I appreciate you upgrading your subscription, @chanlee. I can provide some information about the issue you encountered with the workforce in QuickBooks Desktop.
QuickBooks Workforce is free and provides your employees with instant access to their pay stubs and W-2s.
Since you mentioned that you upgraded your account to the latest version, you'll need to set up a company file for QuickBooks Workforce admin and re-invite them again.
Here's how:
- From the menu, select Employees, then Manage Payroll Cloud Services.
- In the Payroll Cloud Services window, under QuickBooks Workforce, toggle the status to ON.
