Allow me to forward you a couple of screenshots that show why we're all so frustrated and angry. Your instructions work UNTIL you get to Step 3. Note that we can find the "Export" section, but once we select it, NO WHERE on the page is there the option to select Quickbooks Desktop for Mac as a support option.
