THIS!! This is why we are all mad!
1) the EXACT same response over and over
2) we HAVE contacted the Customer Care Team multiple times and not one "specialist" has a solution
3) the Exporting to QuickBooks for Mac link shows options which DO NOT exist (see section in attached pic)
4) the QuickBooks Desktop export troubleshooting link has another link (www.MacPayroll.com) which says Server Not Found. (pics attached)
QuickBooks doesn't even know their own systems and products. This is infuriating and insulting that we keep getting sent to support, troubleshooting, chat, and tutorials that don't work, don't exist, or are outdated......as if we haven't already been to each one of those a dozen times each.
