Let's verify if the browser is causing this odd behavior. Let's follow the recommendation below to resolve this unexpected behavior.

 

  1. Refresh your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard.
  2. If the same thing happens, we can log in to your account through an incognito window. This mode doesn't store cache that's why we recommend using it.

 

If it works fine, we can clear the cache of your regular browser. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings. 
 

  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

 

Aside from that, you can use other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online. In the meantime, you'll want to manually send your paychecks or paystubs to your employees. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Payroll, then click the Employees tab.
  2. Click the Paycheck list link.
  3. Set the date range for the paychecks you want to send.
  4. Check the paychecks.
  5. Click the Print button, then save it as a PDF.
  6. Email them to your employees.
