There’s no option to print payroll checks with signature in QuickBooks Online like in QuickBooks Desktop. You may consider using a third-party app to achieve it.
You can visit QuickBooks Apps Center or go to your Apps menu within your QuickBooks account to look for a tool.
Here’s how:
- From your left navigation pane, select Apps.
- Enter a keyword on the Search field, then choose.
- You can click the Overview, Pricing, Reviews, and FAQs to view the details.
- Select Get app now.
