Hi @Accountant1233,

 

I have some information about adding ITIN in QuickBooks Desktop. You'll want to make sure you're using the correct format when entering ITIN. That should include the dashes.

 

If you've verified the format, try running reboot.bat

 

Contact our Customer Care Support if you're still getting the same result. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help at the top menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us. It'll route you to our support page where you can select a topic for your concern.
  3. After selecting a topic, go to the second section.
  4. Click how you want to reach them and enter the necessary details.
