Actually the issue came from when QB changed me from intuit online payroll to QB payroll without notification and then the new QB payroll didn't work so they had to change me again to another new QB payroll system and QB failed to transfer all the payroll data over from the second system they had me on. Then they failed to check the tax submission documents (all related to payroll) so they missed the payroll they had left behind. So, the resolution wasn't put on the customer as most issues with intuit are. The fix was intuit fixing all of their errors and sending in a correction. I still have to manually send in the SUI payment for the mistakes and, apparently, absorb any penalties for QB errors. Thanks for giving me the rather involved instructions, but I don't have time to read them as I am chasing other Intuit mistakes.
