To clarify, have you done all of the steps listed below to successfully change the account?
- Gather bank account info and principal officer address.
- Set up your bank account in your chart of accounts.
- Check for pending tax payments and payroll transactions (direct deposits and or paychecks).
- Change bank account with QuickBooks Online Payroll service.
- Verify your bank account (If you connected manually).
- Change your bank account in the accounting preferences.
