Employees & Payroll
I already spoke to many people in the last week and the last person in your compliance department told me i could wait 12 months or I could go with another accounting software.
I could understand that answer if the NSF's were not properly re-debited and the NSF fees hadn't been paid however the total amounts were always re-debited without any issues and the NSF fees were not paid but this not the case.
I can view in my settings that I am ineligible for direct deposit however they cannot just deactivate the direct deposit feature to allow me to continue using the payroll module.
The response from your customer compliance team member is absolutely disgusting and a horrible form of customer service. I have never been so upset with a customer service response as i was speaking to your compliance team.
