- don't understand why QB doesn't recognize my Service name (copied FROM quick books into excel)
- don't understand why even when I let QB create new service (which is stupid because it's already there, i copied the name from an existing and active service...)
- don't understand why my CSV produces "0 factures importées sur 29" and "unknown error"
