QuickBooks printer not activated error code 20 is encountered when the HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG\Software key is deleted.
Causes:
- Elimination of HKey_Currenr_Config\software.
- More than one version of Quickbooks.
- When Quickbooks is not compatible with the PDF driver.
