QuickBooks Pro 2010 is no longer supported. Once a version of QuickBooks is discontinued, it won't no longer receive the latest security patches and updates.. This is the reason why you're getting an error when trying to update the software.
Aside from that, it is also not compatible with Windows 10. Versions that are tested and compatible with Windows 10 starts from QBDT 2015 and later.
