Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community, @YDP Norma. I'll ensure to share some details about importing QuickBooks Accountant's changes and route you to the right person to assist you further on this so you can get back on track.
Our product engineers are already aware of this and are now working to fix this as soon as possible. For now, we're unable to provide an exact workaround to be performed.
I suggest reaching our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can add you to the lists of affected users. This will help our engineers determine the number of impacted users and you'll receive an update through email once this has been resolved.
Here's how to contact them:
- Open your QuickBooks.
- Proceed to Help, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue.
- select Let's talk, and then choose a way to connect.
For your company 1, changes made by your accountant, will not be imported into your file if they use features not available in your version of QuickBooks Desktop. That being said, you need to make sure that the Accountant's Copy version and the QuickBooks Desktops are compatible.
Additionally, let me share this link to help manage your accountant changes in QuickBooks: Import your accountant's changes into your company file in QuickBooks Desktop.
Please know that I'm always here if you need assistance with any issues with importing accountant changes. Keep safe!
