Thank you for this post.  I am having the exact same issue, with the same error message since I upgraded.  Quickbooks customer support has been no help, I have contacted them 5 times now and keep receiving a "this is a third party application issue" and then they end the chat, glad I found this post!  Im trying to figure out how to downgrade back to Quickbooks 2023 right now.
