- Read and accept the terms in the license agreement, then click Next.
- Hit Install, then select Finish.
Once completed, we can proceed with exporting your data:
- In the Prepare to export page, hit Continue.
- Select the QuickBooks Online data you want to export, then select Continue (Choose All financial data or All financial data without transactions).
- In the Request your data page, click Continue.
- Fill in the Name and Email address fields, then select Continue.
- Select Close (Email confirmation may take time, depending on the data to migrate. Check your QuickBooks Online home page for updates).
- Next, go to the Export Overview page.
- In the Prepare to export page, follow the instructions for online migration. Then, select Continue.
- In the Exporting from QuickBooks Online page, select Continue to Download.
- Then, click Download QBXML file.
- Save the file to your desktop program, then press Continue.
