You must have some severe technical problems at Intuit. The inability to ship from QB is one of two issues affecting our company and the other one is even worse!! It's been over 8 months now and all we get are crickets! This known issue is serious and no one updates the status at all. Please get your act together. All other companies I deal with have open tickets and I am consistently updated on the progress towards resolution. Can you please get this OLD issue fixed? It has a serious impact on the productivity of our organization.
