I want to provide you with additional details to ensure you’re able to enter your license number to complete the installation process of QuickBooks.
To verify whether the license number that you’re entering is the same with what is listed in our system, you can get your license information by entering your business phone number on file through this link: Locate Your License.
Also, you can visit the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) to verify your company’s subscription and manage your QuickBooks Desktop products license/product information.
If you’re still unable to complete the installation process, I’d suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. An agent will further assist you in validating the license number you are using.
Here’s how to contact us:
- Go to Help.
- Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Click on the Contact us link.
- Choose Search for something else.
- Type in a keyword about your concern.
- Hit Submit.
- Click on the Start a Message button.
