Welcome to the QuickBooks family, manish5. Let me share some clarification about printing a debit note in QuickBooks Online.

Currently, the option to print a debit note is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, you can run the Supplier Balance Detail or Supplier Balance Summary report and filter it to show the supplier you need.

Here's how:

1. On the left panel, click Reports.
2. Select Supplier Balance Detail or Supplier Balance Summary.
   
3. Press Customise.
4. Filter to only shows the supplier.
   
5. Tap Run report.
6. Hit the printer icon to print.
   

I recommend customising the report to get the specific details you need. You can also memorise it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.
