I appreciate you for trying multiple cards to resolve your issue when changing your billing subscription payment.

 

As mentioned by my colleague above, if you received the same error 81624, this means that you enter an invalid address or the details that are not matching with the financial institution. That's why your cards cannot be accepted with the system.

 

Currently, there's no option to use the bank account number when changing the payment info for your subscription in QuickBooks Online International. This is only available for the US version of QBO. That being said, you can only pay for your subscription with Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, or American Express.
