I understand that you need to back up your data for your personal purposes. Let me share some details about it,
QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based accounting service/platform. That means, your company's data is automatically saved online. Also, the option to directly save and restore a backup in QuickBooks Online isn't available in International versions.
You can, however, export your data from QuickBooks Online or look for a third-party application that will help you back up your QuickBooks data like what @Fiat suggested.
To look for a third-party app in QuickBooks:
- Log in to the QuickBooks Online company file.
- Go to the Apps menu.
- Type in the keyword "Backup" in the search bar.
- Look for the app that best suits your needs.
- Select the app, and then click on Get app Now.
