Can't reach support. Spent many hours again today in the support chat line for international support and like last week no one is answering. How can we reach out?

Since we booked Quickbooks we had heavy problems reaching someone who is not a chatbot. Not sure how to solve this but we need help because of a refund. and the refund form is broken and not working. Looking forward already to the next AI bot posting the link to the broken refund form here below...
