Manage Your Account
I’m glad you’re exploring the best QuickBooks Online plan for your business, Webster. I’ll ensure your transition from the trial is smooth and perfectly aligned with your goals.
Changing your QuickBooks Online plan is a seamless process inside your QBO trial account. Here’s how you can do it directly from your QBO dashboard:
- Click the Gear icon at the top right of your QuickBooks Online dashboard.
- Under Profile, select Subscriptions and Billing.
- Choose Upgrade your plan or Downgrade your plan based on your preference.
I've included a screenshot for your reference:
Please note that the option to change your plan is only available while your free trial is active. If your trial has expired, I recommend reactivating it first and then updating your plan accordingly.
Alternatively, if you prefer to start fresh or your trial has ended, I suggest purchasing a new QuickBooks Online subscription directly from our Plans and Pricing page. This allows you to explore the features of each plan and select the one that best fits your business needs.
For detailed steps, here's how:
- Visit our QuickBooks Online Plans and Pricing page.
- Select your preferred plan.
- You’ll be prompted to create an Intuit account or sign in using your existing login credentials.
- Once logged in, select Create a new company.
- Enter your payment information and your current billing address.
- Click Subscribe to complete the process.
You can refer to the screenshots below to get to know our plans:
Additionally, I’m sharing these helpful resources to guide you through setting up your new account and to provide insights on what happens to your data once your free trial ends:
