Yes, you can create a scheduled recurring transaction in QuickBooks Online Essentials and Plus. Let me guide you how to create a recurring invoice.

 

  1. Go to Gear icon and select Recurring transactions.
  2. Select New.
  3. Select the type of transaction to create, and then select OK.
  4. Enter a Template name.
  5. On Type dropdown select Scheduled.
  6. Select Customer and enter Email.
  7. Tick Automatically send emails
  8. Complete the fields and select Save template.
